The Hospice Hub invites the community to an Open House for our Day Hospice Program.  September 23, 2025 at the Westminster Presbyterian Church, 11 Church St. W. in Smiths Falls.  Tour the space, meet the care team, and learn more about the Day Hospice Program launching October 7, 2025.

Open House is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. with Opening Ceremonies at 3:30.
