Join us the third Friday of every month for a relaxing yoga nidra class. Yoga nidra often called yogic sleep is an hour-long class lying down supported by pillows, bolsters, blankets, blocks and sandbags. We start with a 15 minute soundbath then progress into breathing exercises, affirmations, and guided imagery. Students always say the class felt like 15-20 minutes because they go into a timeless flow state. It's a perfect way to learn to relax deeply, slow down and have better sleep. Your first class is free and subsequent classes are $15.
