Live music, stories and refreshments.

Come hear why sharing our grief can help and how you too might find support from The Hospice Hub Grief and Bereavement program.  We are honouring National Grief & Bereavement Day by hosting this opportunity to hear short stories about how some people have navigated their grief and have eventually found ways to live their lives even though grieving.  Volunteer facilitators and companions at The Hospice Hub have been trained in bereavement support and are here to accompany you.  There is no cost to any bereavement support offered by The Hospice Hub.  Please register by emailing bereavement@thehospicehub.ca
