REAL's Fall Online Auction takes place Nov. 13 to 23, 2024. Participants will have over 150 items to bid on between 8 a.m. Wed. Nov. 13 and 9 p.m. Sat. Nov. 23.
Many of the auction items are gently used donations to the REAL Deal Store, but there will be other crafts and services from the community as well. Home and garden items, entertainment, Christmas things and collectibles are some of the categories. The public will be able to view the selections in advance of November 13 at 32auctions.com/REAL2024. People vote as many times as they like and receive notifications when someone tops their bid.
REAL’s fall auction is a popular and fun event with many surprises in the last few hours. Last year REAL raised over $4000 with a combination of paid bids and sponsors. REAL uses the funds to support its many environmental projects throughout the year. The auction has been a great way to let people who are unfamiliar with the REAL Deal and REAL hear about what we do.
A selection of auction items is also on display at the REAL Deal Store. People with the winning bids will need to pick up and pay for their merchandise at the REAL Deal store beginning Wed. Nov. 27. The store at 85 William St. W, Smiths Fall is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday. Cash, debit, Mastercard and Visa are accepted.
