Relax and destress with weekly yoga classes in a small intimate studio at 93 Merrick Street, Smiths Falls. All newcomers are welcome and no experienc is necessary. Everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace. First class is FREE and subsequent classes are $15, pay as you go with no commitment.
