There are approximately 4,000 people living with dementia in Lanark Leeds Grenville.
This year lets walk 4,000 steps to honour these people, or walk 8,000 steps and include their caregiver, who is also living with dementia.

Feeling up to a challenge? Walk 4,000 or 8,000 steps every day for the month of May.
This year we are hosting our Walk in person, you can join our staff and walk with them on 

Saturday May 27, 2023.

Walk Your Way – Walk where you are anytime during the month of May

Walk with our Staff – Meet up with our staff and join them at the Walk.

Smiths Falls: 9:00am at Lower Reach Park, Old Slys Rd.

We would like to see anyone that is comfortable and have them join us to walk the trail. We will have T-Shirts available to anyone that wants one at the location on event day. You can also bring your pledge sheets to be handed in at that time.
